This 45-minute indoor cycling class is perfect for those who have never done a class with us before or who are looking to ease back in.

We will begin with how to properly set up your bike, then cruise into a gentle warm up, right into our 30-minute workout and end with an easy cool down. 

$9 per class

50 strong

Providing the best of both worlds: strength training & cardio!

25 minutes of Tabata strength training

25 minutes of indoor cycling
